When will my tracking information appear?

Tracking events typically appear 24–48 hours after you receive your Track and Trace ID. In most cases, once the shipment has arrived at our facility, the first tracking event will be displayed.

Why is my tracking number/ID not working?

Please ensure that you have entered the correct tracking number in the proper format.

Check that it contains at least 5 characters and does not include any invalid special characters. Tabs, commas, spaces, and semicolons are recognized as separators when entering multiple tracking IDs.
