What is the typical transit time for D2D Express?

For major global hubs (US, EU, Southeast Asia), our standard End-to-End transit time is 3-5 business days. Remote areas may require an additional 2-3 days.

Is real-time tracking available for all shipments?

Yes. Every shipment is assigned a unique Mastery Tracking ID, providing milestone updates from pickup to final doorstep signature.

Do you accept oversized or overweight cargo?

We handle oversized cargo via our air freight network. Surcharges apply for items exceeding 120cm in length or 70kg in weight.

What are the packaging requirements?

Goods should be in double-walled corrugated boxes with internal cushioning. We offer repacking services if original packaging is insufficient.

How do you handle customs duties and taxes?

We offer both DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options. Our brokerage team provides pre-clearance advice to minimize tax exposure.

We follow IATA regulations. Dangerous goods, flammables, and certain high-value items require special compliance checks before booking.

Can you assist with export documentation?

Yes, we assist with Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (CO) to ensure smooth regulatory compliance.

How do you handle customs inspections?

Our local agents coordinate directly with customs authorities to provide necessary info, minimizing delays during random inspections.

03. BILLING & INSURANCE

How long is a quotation valid?

Quotes are typically valid for 7 days due to fluctuating fuel surcharges and international air freight capacity shifts.

What insurance coverage is provided?

Standard carrier liability is included. For high-value goods, we recommend 'All-Risk' insurance covering 110% of the commercial invoice value.

How do I file a claim for damaged goods?

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the outer packaging and the damaged contents.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Wire Transfers (T/T), Credit Cards, and PayPal. Corporate accounts may apply for credit terms after a secondary review.
